Bio
Todd is a trial attorney who represents plaintiffs seeking vindication of their rights. He began his career clerking for an appellate judge, where he formed a foundational perspective on effective advocacy. After clerking, Todd worked for prominent civil plaintiff and defense law firms in Miami, Florida. He has tried numerous cases in state and federal court to verdict, represented clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings, and administered many more cases throughout all stages of litigation to a resolution. On a daily basis, Todd steers cases to trial. He develops case strategies, conducts discovery, handles motion practice, and pushes cases along.
He represents individuals and families in complex wrongful death cases against Big Tobacco, as well as individuals seeking to recover investments in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
Todd received his JD, magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, and his BA from Swarthmore College.
