Tamara M. Spicer

Bio

Tami is an experienced complex litigator who is focused on pursuing justice through zealous advocacy.  Throughout her career, Tami has been instrumental in achieving favorable verdicts, judgments, and settlements, in federal court, state court, arbitration, and mediation.  With a particular passion and talent for crafting winning legal briefs, she has often obtained an early, efficient resolution for her clients through her written advocacy.

Tamis has also been a key member of many successful trial teams.  In 2012, she was part of the team that won $1 billion against DuPont-- the largest verdict in Missouri history, and, at the time, the fourth largest patent infringement jury verdict in U.S. history.  For her success, Tami received the 2013 Missouri Lawyers Award for biggest plaintiffs’ verdict.

Before joining Elias LLC Tami was a partner at one of the top plaintiffs’ firms in the country.  Earlier in her career, she was a partner at a prominent 500-plus law firm.
