Head Paralegal / Client Relations


Melinda is the firm’s managing paralegal.  As part of her job, Melinda works closely with the clients in gathering evidence, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that the clients stay updated and informed on all aspects of their case development.  While everyone at this firm works closely with our clients, Melinda manages the details to ensure that our clients feel secure and informed about the development of their cases.

Melinda has a Bachelor’s in Finance from St. Louis University, and, prior to joining this firm, worked for several tech companies in various finance and managerial roles, including project manager and director of human resources.  Melinda joined Elias LLC because of her dedication to the firm’s mission of protecting whistleblowers and fighting corporate fraud.
